Refunds: Refunds will be made for any cancellations received on or before March 10. Substitute names may be provided at any time. No refunds will be given for golf if the course decides to cancel the event for weather-related reasons.

John O'Leary

Charles examines common business blunders and questionable customer-service practices that prevent companies from growing. Good customer service never happens accidentally. It is imperative to create a corporate culture that is serious about putting the customer first.
