With bankruptcies, shifting legislation, and liabilities, how does the GC stay successful? Our panel of industry experts will address the challenges facing GCs today, includinginsurance changes of which GCs should be mindful, and mold and other environmental issues that affect retail construction. Owner's Event: E-commerce and the Loss of Sales Tax by the States
This event is open ONLY to RCA members with an ownership stake in their company.

Welcome remarks by Gary Esposito, Publisher, Chain Store Age & Katherine Boccaccio, Executive Director of Events, Chain Store Age/SPECS.
Building on the presentation to the general audience earlier in the day, the first half hour of this session will include a detailed description of RCA’s Superintendent Training Program and its accompanying certification.

The remainder of the time will feature a discussion about what RCA members can do to help seek sales tax reform and other solutions that may help preserve the millions of jobs that are at risk in the construction industry.

Golf Tournament @ Cowboys Golf Club (1600 Fairway Dr, Grapevine, TX 76051)
Scramble format with prizes for top foursome, closest to the pin, longest drive, and more. Additional fee to register. Foursome and individual registration are available. Retailers can register at no charge. Registration includes breakfast buffet, snacks and soft drinks on the course, and lunch. Rental clubs available for an additional fee (Discounted club rental rate is $89.95 plus tax and includes 2 sleeves of balls and glove. Payment is made direct to course on day of event.)
