Join us to catch up and fill the void with great conversation and camaraderie. RCA's networking series will feature a brief highlight presentation by one of our members or sponsors, followed by open discussion. Depending on the size of the crowd, we may have some breakout rooms.

During this session, we'll hear from RCA Board member Eric Berg. Eric is the Chief Operating Officer, West Region, of Gray. He's also a sommelier. According to Eric:

“Warren Buffett says that if you do what you love for a living, you’ll never work another day. I fell into construction 27 years ago and eventually learned to love it. I have another 10 years or so in my succession plan and plan to work in retirement. Since I can plan for my next career, it will be in something that I love. I love wine. I became a Somm as a hobby and my hobby will become my life in retirement.”
