Workshop Cost: $1,400 per person; includes breaks and lunch, Retail Superintendent Manual; two days of training; certification exam

Registration is limited to 30 attendees, with a maximum of 5 superintendents from any one company. Participants must be currently employed by a RCA member company.

Cancellation Policies

Workshop: Cancellations received November 25, 2024 or later; no refunds; Once the Retail Superintendent Training Program handbook has been sent to a registrant (typically within a week of registering), a refund of $900 will be provided; for a $250 fee, registrations can be applied to another class.

Hotel reservation cancellations must be completed by the attendee. Call the hotel directly at the number provided above if you need to cancel your room reservation.
